 Today I read and interesting article by Dr Oz     Redude your risk of Diabetes  with 5 simple steps

try to get 8 hours of sleep,   no caffeine after noon time, exercise, warm down routine  hot bath or shower stretching helps.  

Learn to manage stress   but I guess this is easier said than done

Eat leafy greens

Know the foods that help and hurt your diabetes

Add weight training to your exercise
